Regional Digital Account Manager

Our bespoke media team handling one of our biggest clients in the FMCG sector is expanding, and we are in search of a proactive, digitally native, data-loving colleague, who will add to the team synergy, for the position of

  • Creating annual and on campaign level digital media strategies for clients
  • Creating IMC strategies together with other team members
  • Coordination of regional digital media team
  • Supervising the digital media team and developing digital media planners and supervisors
  • Supervising strategy realization and analyzing results
  • Communication with clients and media partners and building excellent partnerships with them
  • Client communication and handling on a daily basis
  • Coordination and cooperation with other client’s agencies (digital, creative, social, BTL…), as well as internal client stakeholders (digital, finance, controlling)
  • Preparing different reports and presenting it to clients
  • Making and optimizing digital media plans, when needed


  • You have at least five years of working experience in digital advertising
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, and Gemius are your favorite toys
  • You love working with clients and have excellent communication skills
  • You are familiar with digital media and advertising trends and law regulations in this field
  • You have experience in the preparation of annual digital media strategies
  • You have minimum graduate level of education (preferably economic sciences or FON)
  • Microsoft package, primarily Excel is something that you use on a daily basis
  • Your are fluent in English and you have no difficulties using it in the working environment
  • You have a strong ability of analytical thinking and multitasking
  • You are curious, motivated, ambitious and thirsty for knowledge
  • You love working in a team, consider yourself a good team player
  • Previous regional or international client handling experience is valued, but not crucial
